The residence is in Condo Building that has some measure of security via cameras at entrance of the building and garage area, but considering separate security system for my individual unit, on third floor, main entrance is door from hall way of the condo building....has a balcony with sliding glass door but it is in the 3rd floor...
I have installed system that is wired and wireless. Have no phone land line system has cell phone monitoring. Looking for monitoring price no contract.
Good system installed but current alarm company having difficulty maintaing system.
No montering outside alarm motion detector on 4 levels no windows 2 doors
Dial cells, not monitoring center or police; Protected Alarm box; Wireless Keychain Remote
Currently I have a wireless systems with 3 doors and 3 windows contacts and 2 keypads inside the house
No pets. Primarily main floor needs security.

We have 3 cats that use a pet door
Current setup is Moose Z1100 hardwired on all doors and 1st floor windows. Switched to ATT U-verse in last month. Alarm needs to be compatible. Not currently being monitored. Need to add 1-2 motion sensors and possibly a camera. Have strong u-verse feed and wireless to whole house.
